A cooperation protocol was signed between Tarsus University and the International Cyprus University (UKÜ) with the aim of developing joint activities to be carried out in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, strengthening cooperation in scientific research, and increasing the contributions of both universities to the academic community. Significant steps were taken to strengthen academic cooperation between the two universities at the signing ceremony, attended by Tarsus University Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Tuğba Yolcu and UKÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Erbuğ Çelebi.
Under the signed protocol, cooperation is envisaged in areas such as faculty, researcher and student exchange, joint research projects, scientific publication studies and administrative staff exchange. Furthermore, within the scope of the protocol, it is aimed that UKÜ's experience and expertise, recognised for its important work in the field of sustainability, will make significant contributions to projects carried out between the two universities.
