Tarsus Üniversitesi’nin temelleri 1992 yılında Mersin Üniversitesi’ne bağlı olarak kurulan Tarsus Meslek Yüksekokulu ile atılmıştır. 2001 yılında Tarsus Teknik Eğitim Fakültesi, 2005 yılında Uygulamalı Teknoloji ve İşletmecilik Yüksekokulu kurulmasıyla eğitim faaliyetlerini genişletmiştir.Bugün itibari ile 4 fakülte, 1 enstitü, 1 yüksekokul ve 2 meslek yüksekokulu ile faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir.

Applications for TEKNOFEST 2026 Technology Competitions Continue

The application deadline for TEKNOFEST technology competitions, which guide Turkey's national technology initiative, has been extended. Due to high interest and increased demand, the final application date, previously announced as February 20, has been updated to February 28, 2026.

TEKNOFEST technology competitions, held in fields such as aviation, space, defense, artificial intelligence, robotics, energy, environment, and many more, enable young people to bring their innovative ideas to life and develop their engineering and entrepreneurial skills through teamwork. Attracting thousands of teams each year, the competitions bring together technology enthusiasts of different ages and educational levels under a common vision.

Applications for the TEKNOFEST technology competitions, which offer an important opportunity for all young people interested in technology and who want to be among the engineers and entrepreneurs of the future, will continue until February 28, 2026.
