This research aims to identify organisational, operational, and environmental barriers to increasing supply chain resilience and sustainability in the manufacturing sector, analyse the effects of these barriers using both causal (PLS-SEM) and combinatorial (fsQCA) methods, and present the results to companies as a comprehensive set of strategies. The study specifically covers manufacturing companies in the earthquake-prone regions of Gaziantep and TR62 (Adana-Mersin). It is planned to provide applicable roadmaps for companies operating in the manufacturing sector to develop more prepared, agile, anti-fragile, and sustainable supply chains in the face of crises.
