A conference was held at our university with the aim of contributing to students' career planning and entrepreneurial perspectives. Entitled ‘The Future of the Business World: Artificial Intelligence, Career Journey and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem’, the event took place on Wednesday, 17 December 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Şehit İstihkâm Üsteğmen Ozan Olgu Köreke Conference Hall.
Ahmet Kaya, Co-Founder of YOBODOBO and trainer at Udemy & BTK Academy, was the speaker at the conference. The event addressed the transformation brought about by artificial intelligence in the business world, the importance of new skills in career journeys, and the current dynamics of the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
As part of the programme, Ahmet Kaya evaluated the transformation process that the business world has undergone from past to present and shared his knowledge and experience with participants regarding the impact of digitalisation, artificial intelligence applications, and innovative business models on career planning. He also offered recommendations on points that students studying engineering and social sciences should pay attention to in their career journeys.
The conference concluded with a question-and-answer session where participants' questions were addressed.
